Production tooling
We use the latest CNC machinery along with CAD data to produce our tooling. We can produce prototype aluminium tooling, to high specification, high volume hardened tools.
Facilities
We are able to offer both UK and Chinese tooling options, we have our own comprehensive facilities both in the UK and China where we have been working since the year 2000.
There are distinct benefits to both options and we work closely with our clients to ensure they make the correct choice for their specific requirements.
These engineering centres use the same technologies ensuring seamless data and project transfer. We have excellent communication channels between the centres, we have English and Chinese speakers both in the UK and China and there are regular visits between the factories to discuss current and prospective projects.
We Work Smart and where appropriate combine both manufacturing centres to ensure deadlines and budgets are met. This can mean that tooling components are made in both facilities and brought together for final assembly where the parts will ultimately be made, saving time and money.

Our tooling facility offers remarkably fast production times.
Prototype tooling can be completed in a matter of days through use of our innovative tooling systems and 24hr production methods.
Where we are providing the design services combined with production, tooling can be started during the design process, so reducing lead times. Combining this with our Work Smart ethic ensures that we are typically the fastest in the market place.

Tooling Guarantees
It is important for everyone to know that the investment they make in their tooling is a sound one and will last. Each of the tools we supply comes with a life cycle guarantee as standard. This warranty applies to both our UK and Chinese manufactured tooling.
Each guarantee is tailored to your specific requirements and the specification of your tooling, the standard cover of 3 years can also be extended to 5 with our additional cover plan.
All our tooling, including our Chinese manufactured tools are supported in the UK through our extensive in house facilities where we hold all the production and maintenance data for every tool we produce.
