Injection Moulding


	Our Injection Moulding facility uses the latest CNC moulding machines. This advance machinery ensures quality moulded parts and repeatability. Once a part has been programmed, the parameters and tolerances are set, they are stored and called when we next make the part. Our equipments internal quality monitoring systems constantly track the parameters of each part. If an element moves outside the set tolerances it is automatically rejected and the skilled operator alerted. We have capacity from 50 tonnes to 350 tonnes in house and with additional capacity up to 1500 tonnes through our partners. Our Far East factories mirror our capabilities enabling tooling to be moved between the two facilities with the minimum of interruption. We process a wide variety of materials and have excellent material knowledge. We are able to offer advice on the best choice of material for any given project and highlight the advantages of each option.
